How to make Mardi Gras Jello pudding shots?

Mardi Gras is one of our favorite times of the year. When we want to add to the fun, we make King Cake pudding shots. Below is a great recipe for pudding shots that will knock your socks off.

King Cake / Mardi Gras Pudding Shots

• 1 cup King Cake Flavored Vodka
• 1 box Vanilla Instant Pudding
• 1/2 cup Whole Milk
• Mixed Purple, Green and Gold Sprinkles
• Cool Whip
• 1oz plastic shot cup

Method

 

1. Add the Whole Milk & Instant Pudding together and whisk until thick. It usual 1-2 minutes. Once it has thickened, add King Cake Vodak and whisk until smooth. Once smooth, add whisk the Cool Whip.

   Use the Mixed Purple, Green and Gold sprinkles on top the pudding shots to match the King Cake / Mardi Gras theme.

   Fill almost ¾ of a 1oz plastic shot cup with the mixture then cover & place in the freezer overnight.
